Eliza Long, PA-C is a physician assistant specializing in rheumatology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Utah State University and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Albany Medical College, graduating in 2024.

Prior to joining the rheumatology team, Eliza practiced as a PA in breast oncology in Connecticut, where she gained valuable experience caring for complex patients across all stages of treatment and recovery. She recently moved back out West to be closer to family and is excited to continue building long-term relationships with her patients.

Eliza approaches patient care with a focus on collaboration and compassion, working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support both long-term health and quality of life.

Outside of work, Eliza enjoys staying active through walking, skiing, and going to the gym. She also loves playing board games and spending quality time with family and friends.
